MANSCAPED Iconic Influencer Award

Throughout the year, MANSCAPED celebrates standout team members through quarterly recognition awards for both individual contributors and people leaders. Internally, we call them the Spotlight Awards, and they’ve become something I—and my peers—genuinely look forward to every quarter.

Now, this isn’t your typical “Most Likely to Steal Your Lunch from the Office Fridge” kind of recognition—the kind of ceremony you sit through hoping no one’s offended by the categories, followed by an awkward acceptance speech where the winner half-jokingly self-sabotages. No, no. Our award ceremonies are different. Even remotely, MANSCAPED employees hoot and holler for their peers. Acceptance speeches are tear-filled, heartfelt, and so sincere that there’s rarely a dry eye in any of the home offices tuning in across the country.

Each quarter, we shine a light on:

• 4 Exemplary Employees – individual contributors who consistently raise the bar.

• 2 Legendary Leaders – people leaders who bring out the best in their teams.

By year’s end, that’s 12 Exemplary Employees and 6 Legendary Leaders—but then comes the grand finale. At the very end of the year, one person earns our highest honor: the Iconic Influencer Award—the ultimate recognition for someone who leads with heart, inspires through action, and leaves a lasting mark on our culture.

It’s not about tenure or titles—it’s about impact. This award recognizes someone who leads with heart, inspires through action, and leaves a lasting, positive mark on the company’s culture.

In December 2024, that person was me.

To this day, I still get goosebumps thinking about the moment my name was called as the 2024 Iconic Influencer. It was completely unexpected and instantly humbling.  I felt an overwhelming mix of gratitude and disbelief—not because of the title itself, but because it came from people I deeply respect.

This award isn’t about being perfect or having all the answers. It’s about showing up…consistently and with a genuine desire to make things better for the people around you. To know that my colleagues saw and valued that means more to me than I can put into words.

It’s one of the proudest moments of my career and a reminder that when you show up as your whole self—your ideas, your quirks, your heart—people notice. And sometimes, they celebrate you for it.
