MANSCAPED INC

DIRECTOR, TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRAND | Jan 2024 – Current

Promoted to lead the charge on all things hiring and headline the company’s employer brand story. Think: recruitment meets marketing magic.

SENIOR MANAGER, TALENT ACQUISITION | Jan 2021 – Jan 2024

Founding ‘mother’ of the Talent function. I laid the foundation, built the blueprint, and brought the recruiting vision to life—one hire (and hiring process) at a time.

NTREPID

TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER | October 2018 – December 2020

Took the reins as the TA Manager. Strategy, process, and a whole lot of hiring mojo.

SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST | January 2017 – October 2018

High-volume, high-impact, high-five-worthy results. Promoted for crushing tough reqs and leveling up the team.

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST | April 2016 – January 2017

One-woman recruiting show. Sourced, scheduled, and sealed the deal, start to finish.

Why I left Ntrepid: A mentor and friend from Lytx( now the VP of People at MANSCAPED) recruited me to stand up the Talent function at MANSCAPED.

LYTX, INC.

TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT | March 2015 – April 2016

Swapped agency hustle for in-house heart. My first time recruiting under one roof…and I was HOOKED.

Why I left Lytx: I took this position knowing it was a 1 year contract and the timing was perfect because my husband was slated to transfer to a new command in the next 12 months. When the Lytx contract wrapped up, I packed up not only my desk, but also my house for a military move to Washington, DC.

ROBERT HALF TECHNOLOGY

SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER | November 2012 – March 2015

Cut my teeth in tech recruiting with 6 months of bootcamp-style training. Promoted after year one and helped staff the unsung heroes of IT: infrastructure engineers.

Why I left: Someone in my network reached out with a 1 year contract with Lytx, which was my foot in the door for in-house corporate recruiting. I knew I was leaving San Diego in 1 year for a military relo so timing was perfect.
